There is a difference between a reconditioned product and a used one. This product was clearly used … HEAVILY. Out of the box, parts were dirty, scratched and damaged. I didn’t even want to touch the thing — disgusting. Moreover, the bristles are flattened, broken, twisted & dirty — useless as a scrubber. Due to the condition of the box (torn, retaped), I am most certain that I received someone else’s return. Maybe this one can be yours too!
Save your money. You can do better at Goodwill or a rummage sale.

Just reccieved the product. Tried it out. It was defective out of the box. Washing solutiuon leaked out of the unit as soon as I installed the full tank. Trigger device that controls the release of fluid does not work. I played with it and couldn’t get it to free up. I will keep you posted as I fight the battle to have it replaced or fixed.

This cleaner, in theory, is exactly what I’ve been searching for. I have 800 square feet of textured white ceramic tile. A cleaning system that vacuums, wet scrubs, and dries would be perfect!
So, I took a chance on the remanufactured FloorMate SpinScrub, to save $90. Ooops. The cleaner came broken and dirty. In shipping, the plastic cord retainer was snapped off. But worse, the brush attachment bristles were completely bent over, not even making contact with the floor. AND the previous owner’s hair was still wrapped around them!
I understand it is remanufactured, but new cleaning bristles would be a good idea - for sanitary reasons!

I got this floor scrubber for my husband. He loves it! Cleaning our tile floors is so easy now, it scrubs and sucks up the dirty water. He does them once a week because it is so easy and they look great. There have been no problems with the scrubber being remanufactured and the price is fantastic!

For hard floors, this is the only cleaning tool. Scrubs with cleaner, then wet vac’s the soapy water off the floor. The one I bought was a refurb; works perfectly and no signs of it being used prior.
